Hi

I'm on trt

My serum t levels come back at 52
And e2 levels come back at 25

So they seem ok

Rbc has come back a bit high

But my serum tsh levels come back at 5.47. Range 0 to 5.50

Could it be my throid causing me trouble ?

Does this result mean I am under or over

How could I fix this

Any help would be great thanks

Why cant you give if you are on trt? If its TRT, the goal is a high "normal" right? So wouldnt your blood be almost perfect?

It's difficult, closer to impossible, to diagnose thyroid conditions with only TSH levels. Get tests for free levels of T3 and T4. Good idea to get reverse T3 as well.

Are you a heavy coffee drinker?
May be from dehydration. Before giving blood I would gozzle water before the blood test to rule that variable out.
