Stumbled onto something while on TRT?!

    Stumbled onto something while on TRT?!


    I am on week 20 of TRT... test cyp 100 E7D and in my previous post i noticed my erection quality has gone down as i got further into my TRT.

    I did some research and i invested in the supplement Choline / Vitamin K2 MK4 and Pantothenic acid <-----(B5)

    I am noticing that when i take these supplement 3 hours before i got to bed... Boners are poping at night if i think about sex.... and if i think about sex in the morning.....it is rock hard!!!

    This will be two weeks of no porn and mastubation!!

    From what i've read i am robbing myself of neurotransmitters and important hormones if you over masturbate or overstimulate yourself...

    What else more do i need to do to have erections on command... !!!

    Try arginine and citrulline in pure form pretty amazing stuff, with the addition of low dose cialis even better. Your wife or girlfriend will be ready to rent you out.

    Will L-arginine have an negative impact of my prostate gland... ??? I'm not concerned with L-citruline playing with prostate gland in a negative way.

    I never read anything on l-arginine that says it has any negative impact on the prostate.

    Well in my case... at 100 mg test cyp E7D..... my energy is great..but i dont have those erections on command.... its seems that by supplementing choline and B5 i have noticed hard wood in the morning if i think about sex when i'm laying on my side or on my back.

    I will be getting a full male hormone panel to find out whats going on.... Trust!!!

    Its called you depleted your Acetyl choline from spanking the monkey too much. See it all the time in addictions disorders especially whacking off to porn excessively.

    It's pretty common knowledge and very easy to find hundreds of threads on the topic. Excessive masturbation robs your brain and body of chemicals (serotonin, dopamine, etc) needed to maintain a healthy mental and physical state. It can lead to anxiety, poor sleep, memory issues, erection problems, etc..

    Reason you deplete your neurotransmitters is because by beating your meat you are increasing SNS (dopamine, NE, and adrenaline) and decreasing PNS (serotonin, gaba,). You have to use creative thinking, proper stroke techiqnue with just the right grip to blow a good load. IMO way too much to think about. Having someine else do it for you would be stimulating the PNS systems which is very positive and relaxing..

    @ The Matrix..... i read that choline in some cases progress cancers...(colon and prostate). I dont know if that is to scare people or what... Do you believe that is true?? I want to keep taking it because it is helping me.....what would be the recommended dose of chline and what would be the max dose someone could take of choline??
