I am on week 20 of TRT... test cyp 100 E7D and in my previous post i noticed my erection quality has gone down as i got further into my TRT.
I did some research and i invested in the supplement Choline / Vitamin K2 MK4 and Pantothenic acid <-----(B5)
I am noticing that when i take these supplement 3 hours before i got to bed... Boners are poping at night if i think about sex.... and if i think about sex in the morning.....it is rock hard!!!
This will be two weeks of no porn and mastubation!!
From what i've read i am robbing myself of neurotransmitters and important hormones if you over masturbate or overstimulate yourself...
What else more do i need to do to have erections on command... !!!
