Hi Everyone,

I want to minimize the bad side effects of TRT (including estrogen conversion, lack of fertility, etc.).

In my country, Clomid and Nolvadex are available.

Do you guys recommend either? If so, what dosing is optimal? Are there any bad side effects?

I've heard a lot of people prefer Nolvadex due to the bad side effects of Clomid. Also, Nolvadex is more potent.

Do you mean a SERM for TRT? clomiphene citrate has research supporting that use I do not think there is any supporting tamoxifen citrate as TRT.

So, should I do Nolvadex or an AI?

1. How much Nolvadex? (i.e. one tab every two days for the rest of my life?)

2. Any bad side effects of Nolvadex?

3. Which AI is good? How much should I take of that?

I myself like erase 50mg each day but if you want to get more dry letro works but is too strong for many.

What about anastrozole. As little 0.5 mgs eod sometimes is enough to keep most of the estrogen sides at bay.

Hey what ever works for you I tend to stick with Erase or Letro because I get good prices on them.

yea compared to erase letro is a whole different animal.
Odd enough it does not cause to many problems for me but as I said erase just works out well for me. I do use Letro if I am on trt in the last 4 weeks of contest prep though.
