I'm not consuming that much now, just a teaspoon a day as part of my preworkout meal. Either that or grapeseed oil. Interesting thing about the olive oil is I would be warm as **** after taking it, and could go out in below freezing temps without a jacket and not get cold.
Imagine if you took a shot of whiskey with your quart of olive oil.....toasty as a motherfcker
I have been doing 4 tbsp of flax oil per day to bump calories....I usually use the udo's oil but this is what they had where I ordered. I take in 120-160 grams of various fats as a daily rule anyways though.
