I started another thread a while back, but it seemed like the responders were puzzled just as much as I was. My total testosterone was around 300 ng a while back, so i started androgel, which did not work for me.
My endo then recommended injections (100 mg test cyp every 7 days). For the first 3 weeks, I felt amazing. However, I could tell a difference during week 4 and 5 of my injections. I assumed it was estrogen related, but i have a relatively low bf (12%), and i had absolutely no symptoms of elevated e.
The day I was supposed to receive my 6th injection, I had blood work drawn that only checked for total testosterone. My total testosterone level was 240!! From reading numerous posts, I have noticed that other men on trt are achieving much higher testosterone levels while taking 100mg of test cyp a week.
I use a 25 g thin wall needle and inject into my mid outer thigh. WHAT is causing my body not to accept the testosterone? I feel absolutely no difference throughout the week (NO highs or lows).
Also: I have noticed that when i use 23g normal wall needles, i seem to feel a difference in by bodys reaction to the testosterone, but when i use the 25g thin wall needles, i do not FEEL the testosterone at all.
