Will Arimidex return prostate to normal?

Since being on TRT with no AI, it seems that my prostate has become swollen for the past 3-4 months. I have begun Arimidex (last week) to lower my estrodiol (was high), so should my prostate eventually get back to normal?

Again, it sounds like I am plugging stinging nettle- and I guess I am. It is known to help with prostate enlargement and increase your piss flow. Do some studying on it.

Their evidence is that BPH is caused by blood flow issues. It makes a lot of sense but I'd like to see their results reproduced by someone else.

Dihydrotestosterone is also a key component of benign prostatic hyperplasia.

More test= more things 5-alpha reductase can turn into Dihydrotestosterone.

E2 ---> increases SHBG ------>makes DHT more sensitive at the prostate receptors. One feeds the other, but e2 is more likely going to be the catylst. I have seen high e2 low DHT, normal SHBG with people that have BPH. Actually BPH could be coming from inflamation from with in the GI tract. I have had cases corrected GI tract reduced BPH since bacteria can translocate very easily.
