quick blood test question

I would like to see how my estradiol levels fluctuate during the week, would it be ok to get my blood tested (testosterone, estradiol, etc) on Friday if I'm injecting on Thursday morning? Would I see a pretty significant change 24 hours after injection? Say for instance my e2 shows to be 65 24hours after injecting. Would e2 drop significantly by the time of the next (Monday) injection?
