How does Caffeine affect your Libido ? Caffeine's Direct Effect on Sexual Function.

Once again, daAMx here with another potentially useful / life-saving / helpful / hurtful / buzzkill / genius article
This time the author decided to write about Caffeine and it's kinda sorta elusive evidence of efficacy for actually INCREASING male libido and erectile function. A lot of people have asked about this, and for some reason many people generally think caffeine is bad for libido and such, but that is not true. There is more to the story then meets the eye. Reading glasses on ?

Too much give you turtle dic, and it can deplete dopamine levels over time causing an imbalance with other neurotransmitters leaving you depressed, and no motivation.

Well Yes the long-term effects. But short-term (during half-life) caffeine has both vasodilative and constrictive properties, higher amounts (300 mg +) tend to yield too much adenosine blockade and too much noradrenaline, so as I said, unless you have almost no sympathetic nervous activity, high amounts won't help libido etc
