Igg do not worry about. past exposure. Dealing with GI directly will probably not resolved most GI issues because they come back. If immune system is not addressed then you are doomed for failure.

How does one even repair the immune system? Thought dealing with the GI and the HCG was a fairly comprehensive approach.

No where near the complexity of it.
Find the source of the imbalances then remove it. Its not a science, but an art form. There is no.magic.cook.book recipe. Each case is unique and challenging .

Some days I felt really good while on the HCG. But I've been off for about 2 weeks while I waited for lab results and to hear what my doc had to say.

Libido is once again low, was high while on meds, and my energy is pretty low again as well.

Also going to get back on some natural neurotransmitter and catecholamine supplements in the mean time.

Starting to supplement with magnesium again because after I took ZMA for a month in June my test levels were nearly 600.

I've been extremely reliant on stimulants lately to keep up with my gym/college lifestyle, do you think I should ask my doc for an adderall prescription? 2 people in my immediate family take it, and I tried it once recently and felt the most mentally adept I've been in years.

Adderall is not the solution and could put more strain on your adrenal glands which are all ready whipped. If they take it then you probably have genetic factor involved probably MTHFR which I commonly see in clients with addhd and other neurological disorders. REsolve the MTHFR and other down streams resolve majority of neurological issues.

    Quick update:

Still doing HCG 2x a week with the increased dosage, and am taking Transfer Factor Multi-Immune and Transfer Factor Plasmyc. Doctor wants to bring up my NK levels which I'm not too familiar with, but it's the route they want to take at this point and rebuild my immune system.

Getting new labs within a week or two and it'll be a month into taking the new supps, will post results.

With every case i use 23amdme to help look for any hidden inflammation to where it could have impact on hpta. Remember stress is stress no.matter where it comes from even through genetic expressions. Methylation controls immune system which modulates the whole cytokines response impacting the neurological system and hormonal cascade. We are now.dealing with the upstream where traditional approach is dealing down stream or just.looking at symptoms. Your Dr is right church wrong pew ..

So i just got off the phone with my doctor. After 6 weeks supplementing with those 2 supplements previously mentioned, my NK levels are are 11 where the reference rage is 8-107 or 170, one of those two. Unfortunately we don't have baseline levels to compare to see if these supplements have even had effect. They want me to continue using them, and my family is already tight on money.

My testosterone has barely risen, and so now we are increasing the HCG dose once again. Very, very close to canceling my services with this MD/ND and seeking a new direction. Will be updating when I can actually see the labs and make some decisions.

    Matrix,

Newest labs show cortisol at 27 and testosterone at 450. Doctor has stopped HCG and now wants me to go on Test injections.
I am incredibly anxious/depressed and do not feel well at all.

I'm going to consult Dr. McAllister in Portland probably. Any advice you'd like to throw my way in seeking new opinions?

    Money is pretty tight.

HCG may be boosting cortisol or find out why cortisol is high. Check into the immune system would be my first suggestion. Where was e2? If you are converting to e2 then AI may all be needed..

Cortisol was also high because I quit all stimulants and "bad habits" five days prior, but those labs were done 5 days after HCG as well.

I had asked them to include estradiol on this set of labs but they must have forgot to include it.

Would Dr. McAllister be able to find out about my immune system, or is there a special kind of doctor that would be able to do that?

Correcting methylation helps immune system. Need to.look at outside variables. Might be neurotransmiter related .

Okay, so what would be the first step in correcting methylation?
    23andme testing?

I've been exchanging emails with my doc and the more specific you are, the better I can direct them to getting me proper testing and treatment.

I appreciate your help, but I would be relieved if I got a push in the right direction that's a bit less vague.

Damn bro I feel your pain. How did it end up so bad at such a young age? Was it just generics or early aaa usage?

I have no idea. I've been sick a lot in my childhood and esp. when I first got to college, so who knows. I've never used AAS.

Matrix, thought I should let you know what the past month or so has been like for me.

After coming off a cut I hit a wall, but not like chronic fatigue or anything. In fact, I can't get tired and it's like my sympathetic nervous system is in overdrive all day. Have to take melatonin and tryptophan to get sleepy, otherwise I only sleep a few hours and wake up a bunch in between.

Still wake up a lot in my sleep with the sleep supplements. Took a week off from the gym, and when I went back for a week I started to get a sore throat and congestion and am now going to take 2 weeks off and reassess.

Think I might have been overtraining. Was taking diet pills with rauwolscine, bitter orange, and caffeine, Ripped Juice EX2. Quit all stimulants and everything and the symptoms didn't stop.

Any of this tied to my recent health issues? The last blood test I took where I had a cortisol of 28 was about a week after I got these symptoms and quit the stimulants.
