Boston Medical is a scam?

Live in NYC. I have ED problems because of an injury i sustained while jelqing too hard and masturbating 5 years ago. I been to so many urologists and none of them seem to really help me. The currently urologist i see did all the test, blood test, urine test, doppler ultrascan of testicles and penis, and the noctural erection test.

He tells me the nocturnal erection test shows my problem is related to something physical and not psychological. However, he tells me he does not know what is the actual physical cause. His only solution for me is viagra, cialis or injections.

A person in another forum recommend me to see Boston Medical. I know insurance does not cover it and it cost about $3000 to do all the test. I don't care because i can pay the money but i heard online many people say it is a scam. They alway diagnose you with E.D and they make you buy the injections. I have a problem with this because i heard they do this with every single patient who sees them.

Does anyone know if they would suggest something else like surgery or what not or do they all do the same thing and just make you buy the injections and not give you the real problems?

If you want post all the tests that you had done in last 7 years.

...
First write everything on a spreadsheet then post as a table, like in this example:

Code:
Blood draw 4/13/2007 Quest Diagnostics Quest range
1	Calcium 8.5-10.4	mg/dL
2	Carbon dioxide 21-33 nmol/L
3	Chloride 21-33 nmol/L
4	Copper, serum 590-1180	mcg/L
5	Ferritin 20-380 ng/mL
6	Magnesium 1.50-2.50	mg/dL
7	Potasium 3.5-5.3 nmol/L
8	Selenium 110-160 mcg/L
9	Sodium 135-146 nmol/L

Yes boston medical solution to ED is caveject at 3000 buck every 3 months.
What a freaken joke. This stuff is not covered by insurance either. pharm price is really like 1/2 that then they get a commission. Need a good dr willing to travel check out DR O (covered by many insurances) which many people here have gone to see with great results. Pm me for details

Yes i was injured jelqing/masturbating. I was 18-19 at the time. You can read my thread on penis injury that i started.

Matrix, is it 3000 every 3 months? One person who tells me who uses Boston Medical said it was 3000 for the entire year for the first year. He said it will be less every other year b/c the first time i would see them is to do all the test.

Janz will post results tomorrow.

Also, Janz, this is what i am thinking. I done blood test and urine test and all those ultrasound test. I think the only test that i should care about are the doppler ultrasound of my penis and testicles and the noctural erection test b/c it shows whether i have erections or not at night.

I really don't think anything relating to testesterone, prolactin or any of that stuff really correlates to my ED. The reason i say this is because on that day February in 2005, right after i injured my penis, i felt something weird. I don't think it was a pop but i felt a very weird sensation. I heard a pop might be associated with penile fracture which i might have had. My penis did not have any severe bruising thought but my penis completely deflated. Even right now my penis is hard when flaccid. Its not spongy like it was before the injury. Before i injured myself that day, i still remember it was a Sunday afternoon, everything with my penis was normal. The moment after that happened, i don't get morning wood, my urine always split stream , penis bends toward stomach and all those erection problems like not getting and maintaining an erection unless i squeeze my legs into my penis. Also notice that after the accident, it took me about 6-7 months before i could get erect and from that day on, my ejaculation is EXTREMELY weak.

Immediately after that my penis went completely soft. It was soft for an entire 6 months. I could not get an erection nor could i masturbate during that time. Later that night i notice my penis shrunk in that shriveled state and it was like that for 6 months as well. I went to my doctor and i was told i got a urinary tract infection and they did not want to bother with me b/c they thought it was in my head.

It sounds as if you were jelqing with too much blood in the shaft, causing internal vascular pressure which may have compromised the urethra. The split in urination is common after ejaculation, but if you are doing this constantly, then you may have developed scar tissue from the injury.

FNG, I always split stream now when i urinate. About 2 days later when i was urinating, i looked at it and notice 2 streams of urine. They sort of cross each other making an X but both streams go down at the same direction. Before the injury, my urine was never split stream except the couple of times like you mention it split stream a bit after ejaculation.

But since that injury, when i urinate, it split streams 100 percent since that day the accident happened. I did not notice it until 2 days afterwards because i was so worried about my penis that i did not look real close when i was urinating. I am pretty positive if i went to urinate 5 minutes after the injury, my urine would have split stream already. I found out 2 days later when i really looked at it.

Hello, your thread caught my eye. I'm in a similar situation.

How did things turn out for you? Any update? PM

This sounds like an unusual form of Peyronie's Disease perhaps blocking certain blood flows. You need to have this examined by someone that investigates issues like this.

doppler penis test would rule that out
