Libido etc on HRT

I have been taking testosterone 300mg per week HRT and some HGH. I am very interested in women and they seem very interested in me but I seem to be having trouble getting an orgasm. Is this normal ? Is there a remedy that is widely used ?

Try an anti E for starters.

Well it was 200 but my body or my stressful life just destroys it or something so I started dosing twice weekly. I am going close to my target weight of 190 which is 60 lbs bounce back from near death in 2008 at 130 from Ulcerative Colitis. They were giving me 120 mg prednisone a 'catabolic' steroid. I figure all my life I have just said not to juicing so why not get back to where I was then edge it down. I did have to pickup an anti-e and the nip sensitivity calmed down and I have some Tamoxifin at the ready. I was just going to try out 8 weeks but decided to just remain on as long as the doctor is prescribing it.

A friend recommended looking into this: He said you might get 'multiple O's from it - LOL

I also eat up the T as fast as I shoot it. So to keep my Estradiol down I do smaller shots every 3 days I am doing 80 mgs of 200mgs/ml of Depo T and the 2 days in between I do 250 IU's was doing 400 the 2 days each in between my T shots my Total T is up at 865. Doing this my Estradiol levels don't shoot up so high I keep them under control taking .25mgs of Arimidex every 2 to 3 days. I gage this by my night time and morning wood. If I go to low I lose my wood and can't get it up taking Viagra.

Your doing 150 mgs 2x's a week this big shot will drive up your Estradiol levels to a very high levels when my levels were very high I could not reach an orgasm. Later I got some bad ED problems.

Getting my Estradiol down I got my sex life back after 10 yrs. First thing to come back was night time and morning wood.

So do test your Estradiol levels they should be at about 20 pg/ml do a Quest labs test number 4021.

That is helpful, I was supposed to get arimidex but think I only got tomixifin so need to get that straightened out and look into your approach of smaller more frequent doses.

Great keep me posted how your doing I got this Idea from Dr. Shippen "The Testosterone Syndrome" book he did he was down on shots now he dose them to his self every 3 days.
