Gotta say thanks to thehardone, he's been helping for a couple months now with my goals. Not only physique wise, but in life aswell. This guy is a NO-BULL**** kind of guy! He always stated in his logs he is always progressing in some sort of fashion, I thought it was BS. Teaching me about how the CNS gets fatigued, adjusting my macro nutrient intake weekly and teaching me the metabolic effect differences for example a 60 second rest period verses a 20 second rest period... this guy absolutely demanded the best out of me!!! now im progressing everyday whether its fat loss, strength gains in different rep ranges, slowly getting bigger, he also made me a much more confident person, i can talk to chicks now....im not the best...but hey! im still alot better than i use to be!, respect to ya brudda!
