With the forma, what exactly are you curious about? Just suck up 1.6mL and squirt it in your mouth and swish it around and hold it there for a min or so. Repeat 4-5 times a day.

Not sure what you mean in the last part by "should i spray alot", whats a lot to you? I would just follow the instructions and you should be good.
