Hey everybody, thanks to Hvactech and LG Sciences I'll be beta testing their product in the making, Pro-EQ, for 8weeks at 8ml/day.
Age - 23
Starting Body Weight - 173.6
Training experience - ~1year, 5months.
Training Split: M / Tues / W / F / Sat I've been doing a morning session of Olympic lifts while still doing my regular split in the afternoons.
Monday - Chest / Triceps
Tuesday - Quads / Hamstrings / Calves sometimes
Wednesday - Off / A dumb 'spin' class with my gf.
Thursday - Back / Traps
Friday - Shoulders / Biceps
Saturday - Whatever I think needs another session.
Sunday - Off
Diet - Recomping.
On days I don't lift I eat ~2,500 calories while keeping carbs under 100g and on days I workout I aim for at least 3,000 calories with 200g+ of carbs. I'm strict about eating clean but the only macros I pay careful attention to are carbs and calories in general.
Goals - My plan is to focus on hitting 180lbs+ and maintaining it post cycle. Any strength gains are welcomed but I'm focusing on breaking into the 180's primarily.
Ideally, I will be updating daily and giving as much information as I can about Pro-Eq.
