First little bit about my self, age 22 been training for 4 years
3 with no alcohol at all also I'm a none smoker, the last 2 years have been very serious with diet.
Im a small guy so good result is about 4 kg a year but i want more now....
I live in Europe so my progress will be in centimeter and kilograms :P
I'm 178 cm in height
weigh in at 73 kg
BF approximate 14 % (will get it measured electronically soon)
so heres my stack
and my PCT
my thoughts on how i will run this is like this
Natadrol week 1 - 8 (starting at 4 caps week 1, 6 caps week 2 and then 8 for the rest of the run)
M1-D Black week 2 - 8 (week 2 - 6 at 4 caps, 6 caps week 7 & 8)
HGenerate week 1 - 8
with the staple sups on side
Chaotic rage (for the days i need a little extra energy)
I'm thinking of adding Neovar recomp in to the mix like 3 or 4 weeks in (maybe instead of AGST or just lowering the AGST dose because of the creatin mono)
Ofc with the daily 2 protein shakes
I'm running a 2 / 3 split, 5 training days a week with a very stable training partner so I'm looking forward for some good solid gains
I will be posting pictures pre cycle soon (maybe this sunday) and mid-cycle and ofc. post cycle
Any comment on cycle dose, duration or any thing else you guys might like to say is very appreciated
