TRIFECTA STACK COMMENTS!

I just started using Trifecta stack today, Methyl1D and MMV3. I have some questions if you guys can help me out since I am total newb at this.

1. How should I take my dosages daily?
2. Do I really have to let mmv3 dissolve because it tastes horrible?
3. I took 2 mmv3 tablets at one time and it made me dizzy and feel wierd?

Whats age/weight?

5M1D, 4 MMv3 evenly spead would suffice under normal circumstances.

Let the MM's dissolve completely for optimal absorption.

Take 1 MMv3 at a time and use 1 prework. Assess 'dizzy' feeling after taking 1 only.

Certainly don't take the stack close to bed time.
I'd take the last dosage at around 5pm at the latest.

btw whats the difference IF I just swallow the mmv3?

Absorbtion is the concern. It get's into the bloodstream better melting under your tongue
