For those of you who may not be familiar with it, Postal is LG's Post-workout Formula. I, however, tend not to use high-glycemic CHO post-workout, as for my endomorphic self that spells f-a-t.
Intra-workout is another story. I have greatly benefitted in the past from using 20-40g CHO intra-workout, along with 10-20g hydrolysates and 10g free-form amino acids.
And that is pretty much exactly what Postal is, so I think it would be awesome, dosed at 3-4 scoops while lifting.
Has anyone used it this way and, if so, what did you think of it?

I have a few jugs and have tested it intra and liked the endurance/energy/pump it gave. I only sampled it and have the rest waiting to be used when I can better incorporate it.

I myself have some sitting in my wall locker un opened and was thinking of giving this a go. Only thing is, is i take GHenerate and i dont want the CHO's to blunt the GH release. Im gonna toy with this a bit though and see what works.E-Pharm Rep... PM me with any questions or concerns
