O.K......I'm finding hard to find that enthusiasm I had on my cycle. It's psychological. If I'm not supping something, it's hard to work out. Also my diet has slipped terribly the last cpl. of weeks....candy, cake, fried foods.....I'm a sinner. Gonna order some A. State this week. What do u guys do to keep that focus between runs. And what supps ( besides protein ) do you use between runs.
I had planned on another cycle in september. But it may be delayed a bit. Looks like I may be having another knee surgery.
