Well it's not really a log, simply because I don't have the time. Working two jobs makes it hard enough to find time to lift, let alone write about it online :type:.
I purchased the Trifecta Stack last Thursday, and started it last Friday.
I chose the stack because I wanted to get into PH/DS territory, but wanted to start out on the more mild side. The other cool part is that Formadrol is included, so I don't have to worry about extra "PCT", though I'll probably through some trib and what not in there, just to be safe.
The edition I got has M1D XL, MMv2, and Form. Extreme.
I'm dosing it according to the included "diet and exercise" guide, though I'm not following that program.
I've been eating roughly 5,000 calories daily for the last month, all pretty clean.
I'm about 5'7", 172.7 pounds (just checked!), and I've been avidly lifting for about a year and a half.
To be honest, after reading a million different reviews of the stack, ranging from people loving it, to people bashing it, I figured it would be a hit or miss, and I'd just have to try it myself. After reading many people claiming it was "just DHEA" and "crap", I really didn't know what to expect. The closet thing I've ran to this was a DHEA & 6-OXO stack does really low for 4 weeks. I didn't really see much in the lines of size, but my bench went up about 10 pounds. Nothing spectacular, but hey, 10 pounds is 10 pounds. Probably could have done it naturally if I upped some cals.
Needless to say, I started this Trifecta stack on Friday, and its now Tuesday; here's my thoughts thus far:
I didn't really expect much, and I'm only a few day into the stack. I was so wrong.
I know, I know. "Placebo Effect". Trust me when I say it's not. I've used a million different products that have been "the next best thing", and had little to no results. I'm a very "real" person. I'm honest, and I'll tell you straight up how it is. This stuff works.
No other product EVER has given me the strength gains of this stack, and I'm barely a half week in.
Just last week when I was benching I got 1 X 225. The same damn amount I've been at for the last month and a half. I benched today, and put up 230 X 3. Call it what you want; that's no placebo. My diet hasn't changed. My routine hasn't changed. Nothing but the addition of the Trifecta stack has changed. I'm truly shocked.
I'm going to keep posting in this thread with my experiences of the stack, but it's not going to be a formal log.

CLIFFS (kinda long cliffs, but deal):
- Been on the Trifecta stack for 5 days.
- Bench went from 225X1 to 235X3 already.
- Weight has gone from 169.4 to 172.7.
- Nothing else has changed as far as diet/routine/other supps.
- It's not possible that this stack is "just DHEA", there's more to it.
- Noticeably better workouts & endurance already
