Trifecta Stack Help...

    Trifecta Stack Help...


    I'm going to testin the waters with the Trifecta stack!
    i just wanted to have everything down before i start the cycle.
    I plan on doing 6 weeks on M1D/MMV2, n 6 weeks FE jus incase, first ph.

    Methyl-1d
    Week 1: 4 Caps, 2 with breakfast, 2 before bed meal
    Week 2-6: 6 caps, 3 with breakfast, 3 before bed meal

    Methyl Masterdol V2:
    Week 1: 3 Caps, 2 before Lunch, 1 pre-workout
    Week 2: 4 Caps, 2 before Lunch, 2 pre-workout
    Week 3: 5 Caps, 3 before Lunch, 2 pre-workout
    Week 4-6: 5-6 Caps, 3 before Lunch, 3 pre-workout

    Formadrol Extreme:
    Week 1: 4caps: (2am, 2pm)
    Week 2: 3caps: (2am, 2pm)
    Week 3: 3caps: (2am, 2pm)
    Week 4: 2caps: (1am, 1pm)
    Week 5: 1cap (1pm)
    Week 6: 1cap EOD (1pm)

    Hopefully that look ok, any changes just let me know!
    also, ive been taking Controlled Labs WhiteFlood pre, an Scivation Xtend intra!
    Creatine mono post.

    I was going to save the creatine for PCT for help keepin strength etc.
    but should i also save the WF an Xtend for PCT???

    Not sure about taking 3 mmv2 at once, but you could I guess. I prefer to take them in pairs of twos throughout the day. That way blood levels stay up. You could change it around to still be able to have 2 cps pre-workout. This also depends how your diet looks, what your goals are, and if you have experience with any type of PH/PS. Care to enlighten us on your experience at all? Would help us help you a bit more.

    alrite makes sense, ill break em up for pairs no problem,
    im on a bulk right now, put on a quality 15lbs. prolly past 4-5 months
    170lbs. bout 9-10% bf, pretty solid in my opinion,
    first time with ph's, eat between 6-7 meals per day, i kno im a perfect canidate for this, not concerned bout that, would like to put on 5-10lbs. of quality mass, dont see why i couldnt on this stack

    would 2 pre-lunch (12:15pm), 2 pre-4th meal(4:15), 2 pre-work:7:45pm work for the MMV2???

    It looks good. I used this stack awhile back, I had the Liq Masterdrol, and dose 16ml which is 6 caps of the MMv2. I took the full dose,45 mins prior to work out. I have also Used the MMv2, I never split those doses up, I found it works best to do the full dose about 45 mins prior to your work out, Play with it if you want take a few days do a split , then try a few days taking the full dose., I would use the CL through out the cycle as well as your BCAA's, those should be always taken. good luck with it

    Looks good to me man, I dose mmv2 (1/2/1) I find it works well that way.

    There is a work out log,and also a supplement review/log section also. but yes start a new thread, name it something, and post away. daily updates are best. have fun and be detailed, people learn allot from logs! + gives you a great mean of tracking your progress
