Not sure about taking 3 mmv2 at once, but you could I guess. I prefer to take them in pairs of twos throughout the day. That way blood levels stay up. You could change it around to still be able to have 2 cps pre-workout. This also depends how your diet looks, what your goals are, and if you have experience with any type of PH/PS.
