Whattup peeps it's Bam Bam at it again for IML this time, logging Super Epi-Andro Rx. I have two bottles of 60 capsules with 50mg epiandro in each cap. I will be running at 200mg for 30 days.

I am 6 feet tall, about 215 pounds, at about 12% body fat currently. Goals for this log are to reduce body fat while gaining some strength and size.
Also so everyone is on the same page, I will be using 75mg Trest (25mg TD and 50mg oral) daily and 250mg test E alongside the epiandro. I take MK 677 indefinitely as well.
I won't be starting until Sunday January 10 but I wanted to get this log up so I don't forget! Any other questions or information I should provide, let me know and I'll be glad to oblige! heavyiron

Edit: scale says I'm 217 today. I'll update with a current weight on my first day of dosing.

Glad to have everybody here! Just so everyone knows, I started my new training program this week just so I could kinda get the hang of it before I kick off the cycle and get into the full swing of things. So far I'm loving it. I'm doing PHAT and this is my split:
Upper body power
Lower body power
Chest and triceps hypertrophy
Back and biceps hypertrophy
Legs hypertrophy
Shoulders hypertrophy
Off day

However, next week I'm going to switch chest and back because I think my chest recovers more slowly than my back. So I'll give my chest an extra day to recover and hit back and biceps first. I'll throw in the workouts I've done so far this week here in a sec.

Took 100mg epiandro with 50mg trest this morning before my shoulder workout, felt pretty good but I'm just really excited for this stuff to kick in. 25mg dermatrest after my shower and letting it soak while I'm at work. I'll probably wipe off the application site later tonight so it doesn't transfer to my girlfriend.

100mg epiandro popped this morning before first workout:
Dynamic warmup: broad jump burpee, backwards jump burpee, caterpillars, twist lunges

Core training: leg lift variation, v-ups

Strength training:

Round 1: superset: RDL 3 sets 15 reps 110lbs, kettle bell swings 45lbs 3 sets 15 reps, jump lunges

Round 2: superset: push-ups 3 sets 15 reps, DB flies 3 sets 15 reps, push press 110lbs 3 sets 15 reps

Round 3: superset: bent over row 3 sets 15 reps, reverse flies 15 lbs 3 sets 15 reps, supermans

Heavy carries: lunge down to the other side of the gym (long ass distance) grab Dumbbells (I grabbed 100lb DBs) walk back to the other side of the gym, rest, walk back to the DB rack at the other end.

Big finish: battle ropes 30 slams, then burpees with jumps over a step stool while everyone else takes their turn doing the battle ropes

Popped my second 100mg before my second workout which is in the process right now. Feeling good AF and not tired at all from my first round this morning

Thanks man! I'm bad at rear poses so that's nice to hear. I'm also a big fan of the most muscular where I'm standing upright. Love the way my physique looks there.

Day 7 post workout weight: 216. I feel bigger, more filled out so I'm hoping I've lost fat and replaced that weight with glycogen. It's only week 1 though so I have plenty of time to really see the results start coming in.

Definitely the DB bench with 130s, today was incredible too with the 385 squat. I've never gone over 315 before.
Safe to say the crazy strength I experienced from epiandro last time I used it is back.

Well I'm assuming it's the epiandro because that's what happened last time I used it as well. Once it kicked in I was breaking a PR every time I stepped in the gym. Definitely seeing great pumps and feeling bigger as well though. Maybe not as super-lean as last time, probably because of the Trest and test

130s?? Damn BIG BOY Stuff there! nice man, Incline or Flat? those are still good weights to use either way but If your doing that on incline I really give you props, I like hittin my heavy and biggest weights on Incline cause I want that Franco Columbu upper chest, think it s sick!

Thanks bro, yeah definitely strength is continuing to rise every time I step in the gym. I did the 130s on flat bench but I did 115s on incline yesterday for 2 sets of 10, after I did 110 for 10 first.

Damn 115s on incline that's awesome, your killin it bro! good to hear. I thought this would be the last week of my cycle but I calculated wrong and stil have plenty left, I started day after Christmas so makes sense I guess

Well you're running 150mg a day right? That'd give you 6 weeks of it, so it'll run you into February.

I didn't ever really specifically mention it, but I shoot for a minimum of 4000 daily. No maximum but I rarely go over 5000.
I'm really loving the strength increase, hopefully I'll see my weight come up more soon.
