    Ice is livin large with a new Halo Extreme cycle!


    Hey Neck (and all you other IML fans),

    After my last run of S-DMZ (before the re-formulation) I was thoroughly impressed with IML products. My goal was to run the Big Dog stack, but unfortunately S-DMZ was reformulated before that could happen. Now, I am willing to give the new formula a shot, but I figured why not give Halo a solo shot and see what happens?

    I'm going 8 weeks at the following dosage:

    Halo - 100 - 100 - 100 - 125

    Anabolic Matrix - 2/daily, 8 wks

    Advanced Cycle Support - 2/daily, 8 wks

    Ultra Male - 1/daily, 8 wks

    E-Control - 3/daily, wks 6,7,8


    Other Misc. support supps daily - fish oil, milk thistle, hawthorne berry, mutli-v

    I have clomid on hand in case.

    My goal is always to get bigger. On Halo what I'm looking for is shedding of some BF and some lean muscle gain (aka "beach body" cycle). Currently at 255. No current BF measurement but after my DMZ cycle it was 16%. I'd say theres some dirty weight over that now, best guess would be 18 - 19% range. If online calculators are to be believed I'm at 19.87%.

    As it is, I don't recommend this for a beginner. Also, I'm not exactly logging this (don't have the time for proper logging), but I will keep the thread updated best as possible over the next 8 wks.

    Day 3 and while this may be pre-mature i feel like I'm running hot, i'm hot all the time and this mornings workout had me sweating my tail off. I like it!

    Anyways, nothing major to report at this point, this morning was bi's / back day and my bi's during the workout felt like they got fuller faster and stayed fuller longer. Again, I know it's early for PH-driven results, especially for a Halo run so this is probably all in my head.

    Forgot to weigh in lol.

    But my mood the last few days has been awesome, very relaxed, sleeping like a baby. This morning in the gym my usual 1 hr session was over and I felt like I had plenty left in the tank, which is nice because I havent had that feeling since SuperDMZ had me going on epic 2 - 2 1/2 hr sessions.

    quick recap on today:

    Bench:
    135 x 15
    185 x 10
    225 x 10
    225 x 10
    275 x 10

    Moved to Smith, added heavy bands and dropped weight
    185 x 12
    135 x 20
    135 x 12

    Also other various tricep work and ab work that I won't bore you with lol. But basically: tri extensions, 1 arm pushdowns, skull crushers, and close grip bench.


    Been thinking hard lately about bridging into Osta after this. Looking at following PCT with a 4 wk run of Osta and AnabolicMatrix. Any thoughts / suggestions on this?

    Legs day, added extra reps to all sets including drop sets. Overall been feeling like a beast lately when I can stay awake lol. For some reason I cannot stay awake, I just want to sleep all the time. I have no idea if this is due to the Halo, Ultra Male or jet lag. I went on a quick work trip for 2 weeks, 3 hr difference in time zones and when I got back was when I started this stack, so who knows. Seems like I can't get my sleep pattern right. Didn't help that just the other night I had to work a backshift, really screwing me up.

    Overall feeling great though, got complimented by some family members 2 days ago that I haven't seen in over a month so that felt good. Energy in the gym is fantastic, Got a little "alpha male" on saturday (back day) and ended up going very heavy with little to no repercussions the next day. Usually I can expect some good back pumps and stiffness after a heavy back day, but not so much this time around.

    Still thinking about that Osta bridge, but need some advice from those who are on it before taking the $100 plunge lol.

    Day 11, lethargy is kickin my ass if I stop, I can fall asleep in minutes. It's unreal. I can't sit for longer than 15 minutes without starting to nod off.

    HOWEVER, i have noticed that while actively doing something i just keep going and going and going. This includes the gym, working on my property yesterday, and some mundane tasks at work today. It's like I don't get exhausted I almost get lost in the work. I know it's hard to describe but it's awesome at the gym. I'm at the point where I'm barely taking any rests between sets. I get in, get started and haul ass the whole hour, hour fifteen. Today I finished my workout and realized I never even stopped for my usual intra-workout amino drink. If I wasn't nailed down to a specific schedule it would be interesting to see how long I could go. Saturday will be that day, no commitments, just gym at 6am and go till im done. I love it.

    Also to note, I am sweating buckets. Which is nice because it's typically hard for me to build up a good sweat, but i am hot all the time. Going to bed is uncomfortable unless im in drawers with no covers and a fan on. my wife thinks i'm insane lol. Unfortunately this has also led to oily skin and some mild acne.

    No back pumps, today was back / bi day #2 which incorporates deads and good mornings. Muscles feel good, very full and definitely felt my lower back on the good mornings. Shirts are tighter in the arms, shoulders and noticing some new stretch marks front shoulder / chest.

    Would really like to shred this up after PCT so think I will do the Osta bridge. Any recommendations on dosages and additional supps to stack with it would be appreciated.

    Well thanks alot IML, the sleeves on my favorite work shirt are too tight for comfort. This morning I thought they would give over the course of the day, they usually do, but my arms stayed full all day.

    Tomorrow is the last day at 100, then 1 week at 125.

    Truth. Was told today that I was "lookin MASSIVE!" so that felt pretty good. Current weight numbers have me shocked, but i'm going to wait until weigh in tomorrow to reveal. Let's just say if my home scale is right then this stuff has put some serious mass on me.

    Things I was told today by random people at work:

    "You're freakin HUGE" (an engineer who has a body by bowflex )
    "You're too swole..." (this after i got up out of a chair and inadvertently flipped it backwards behind me. And this was a brand new employee that never met me before today)
    "You need to lay off the HGH" (one of my employees)
    "Holy crap, did you see this? I bet momma likes that" (My boss, talking to another person while grabbin at my shirt sleeve. I obliged with a quick flex)
    "It's all the PED's" (said person that my boss was talking to, who swears i'm injecting)
    "Hey, you see this, hes getting big, he's gonna be one of those x-men" (slightly inebriated fellow employee, to his wife while grabbing my shoulder)


    Looks like week 4 is really shining for HaloExtreme. Weighed in this morning at a staggering 278. YES 278 I knew that I was hovering around 270, never expected 278. Thats 23 lbs and waist size is the same. I expect to lose a good amount of this in PCT so we'll see what the numbers look like in another 4 weeks.

    Oh definitely, I wake up every morning at 2:30 to get to the gym before work. Believe me, no one I know wants it more than me. I've been working out at this pace for 3 years now. I've watched many people join the gym, get serious and fall away within that time. I've personally gone through one workout partner who didnt have my same dedication. When I started working out I was 260 lbs, obese and pushed 45 lbs on a cable chest press machine. Over that time I peeled down to 220 and joined here and started reading / learning. Now im back in the 270-realm, an absolute mass monster and my only PH runs have been IML. No BS, no sponsorship, just a solid product line that I will be with for awhile.

    Anyways, placing my Osta order this weekend. Should be a blast!

    I monitor my diet but not to any extreme standard. I intake alot of protein daily, mostly from red meat as well as turkey and chicken and a few protein shakes.

    A typical day for me would be:

    02:30 - pre-workout drink
    03:30 - intra-workout BCAAs
    04:30 - post-workout protein shake
    06:15 - breakfast usually consisting of milk, eggs, fiber-rich cereal
    09:00 - snack usually something with peanut butter
    12:00 - lunch usually a Lean Cuisine or grilled chicken salad
    14:30 - snack again peanut butter based or almonds, second protein shake of the day
    17:00 - dinner usually consisting of carbs (rice or pasta) with a meat
    20:00 - last snack, this varies quite a bit

    Week one of PCT is almost complete and I am feeling great!

    OK, so no posts during PCT but everything is progressing well, but tomorrow is final day of PCT and my bottle of Osta and Anabolic Matrix showed up today! So I will update in a couple days once I get into the Osta. Pretty excited for this bridge.
