Stack chart?

got some:
Super-DMZ Rx - 2 Bottles
Deca-Drol Max - 2 Bottles
E-Control Rx - 1 Bottle
Any advice for a stacking chart?
Took Advanced muscle science RDe tabs 4,4,4 of 1ad,decca,4ad for 8weeks, 4 of aromx for 4weeks. Had great results gained around 30lbs by week 12 of a bulking cycle (high calorie phase) great strength increase all-round.
Right now I’ve been on a slow diet trying to lean out, went from 230lbs (dec2012) current (may2012) 23 years old I weigh in at 195lbs. One thing I noticed was from when I weighed 180lbs 3 years ago, up until my current 195lbs I noticed I have more definition and muscle tone at 195lbs then at the lighter weight, which shows my hard work paying off! Now my goal is to gain more muscle while trying to stay as lean as one can while staying at a maintenance level.

I was wondering dosing

plus e-control, was thinking about taking it week 6 from the start untill I run out then after the whole 12week cycle picking something up for PCT

I like the idea behind the DMZ/Deca-Drol stack, that being said here is what I would recommend;

Super-DMZ 2caps e/d ~ Week 1
Super-DMZ 3caps e/d ~ Weeks 2-4
Deca-Drol 3caps e/d ~ Weeks 1-4
E-Control 3caps e/d ~ Week 5-Empty

I would probably look to incorporate your additional PCT in line with your E-Contol. Also if you have a couple extra bucks I would spring for the Ultra-Male & dose 1cap e/d starting on week 3 through PCT. Anything more than 3caps e/d of DMZ is a little OTT in my opinion. Also need to make sure you have all your organ supps in place.

Yea got some stuff for liver and libido, didn’t feel like posting em! your stack looks great probably going to do something along those lines, so after the PCT cycle which typically runs the length of the initial cycle, how long should I wait to restart the superdmz, decadrol

I would wait a minimum of 4wks post PCT before starting another cycle.

Yeah figured as much , which would make a lot of sense ...its a lot of stuff and even for only 4 weeks...suppression never forgives, never surrenders.
