Having surgery on my neck C 4,5,6 . Injury is due to years of grappling, Thai boxing, n a couple car accidents. Injury has been bugging off n on since 07, but treated with chiro, accupuncture, massage, n cirotherapy. Symptoms would come n go, but got worse a year ago. Muscle n strength loss in tricep, arm n hand go numb as well as control. Anyone have insight on recovery n strength. I know everyone is different, I'm athletic so hoping I can bounce back quick.
