Hi everyone, I have been on a bulk for 3 months 3700kcal plus. 3 weeks ago I dropped down to 1800-2000 kcal daily. I have been popping and clicking way more often than normal. Yesterday on the smith machine I was doing incline bench, I lowered the weight and my right shoulder popped, little sore slight weakness but I'm okay with it so far, I have been noticing since then I am popping and clicking a lot more than I was before my cut. Any suggestions? I am getting a blood test in a few weeks to check for any vit. deficiencies. Is this normal on a cut?
