I have a similar problem, i had pian elbow to shoulder though.
I worked through it and lost function of my bicep... i coulnt flex ot for 3 months or so.

If it feels like it's a connect point of, or a tendon itself, o would go to a dr soon amd to some pt. Not trying to get you going, but it sounds similar and id hate another guy to go through it, not workong out for a few months is a huge loss.

The drs told me tendonosis and to take it easy, i didnt... What healed me in the end was pt, 100 rep band exercises and hgh. Tendons dont heal fast.

No ****, that would suck especially if you're going to run hgh.

Tendonosis is different, its the separation of the tendon tissue length wise, not a tear crosswise.
It could just be nerve pain too, if its a shooting pain it might get better with a good few days of rest and a chiropractor.

Ive had golfers elbow a year or so. When it hurts stop that movement imstantly. Friction massage helps. Ice fricton afterwards helps

  8. Can you wear anything to help prevent?

  9. Same. I got tendinitis from over training myself on a ph cycle and casting a fishing rod on my weekends. Doc said no weights for a month and start easy going back to the gym. It's been 3 months. I still have some days it is sore or slight pain but for the most part it's healed. I wear a compression sleeve on that arm just about all the time and they sell braces specifically for tendinitis

  10. Awsome cheers bro

  11. Just used braces then didnt do too much but mild felt like it affected movement and pump a bit

  12. I have the same problem, mine is tennis elbow and anything where I have to use a strong grip affects me. I am also a mechanic for a living and I can't not use my grip. It really flares up from pull ups or bicep workouts. I've been dealing with it off and on for a few years but I can't avoid using that muscle group long enough to completely heal it.

  13. I am by no means a doctor, nor am I affiliated with any doctor. But if it is affecting your life in that way why not go see a specialist? They can shoot you with steriodial compounds to heal it or there is a surgery (the specific name escapes me) where they simply cut the muscle and re attach it to a stronger point on the bone. It has a very high success rate.

Your right but all there going to say is take it easy if test doesnt get rid of it then ill start thinking about that

  15. I don't know about the OP but for me it's not bad enough that I would want surgery. More of an annoyance. Plus I don't have health insurance and out of pocket medical costs are crazy.

  16. Go to an orthopedic. Not a general practitioner. They know thier ****. Also I agree that surgery should be a last resort. Shots physical therapy and other healing methods should be exhausted first.
