I wanted to share my past 6 months, please help me with your opinions

I have been in pain and on nsaids for like 5 months. Pain from left knee/tibia, cant walk or sleep when not on rx.
MRI from recent weeks found tibial edema and contusion to be the culprit. Even though i cant remember any trauma, but i guess it is from stress fractures.

I haven't worked out legs for like 6 months and I am crying to be back.
I am training only upper body with no knee-stress exercises.

What do you recommend ?
