Could I use BPC or TB to help heal the cartilage in my knee?

I have had keyhole surgery in the past to fix it and it worked for about 18 years, but now its painful again.

Wondering if either BPC or TB would help to regrow the cartilage?

Have tried glucosamine etc, with no relief.
