Shin splint?

I recently just started squats again and today I raised the weight to 215, my left shin has been hurting since then. The pain is sharp, a little bellow my knee, I foam rolled and felt the pain behind my shin. I have a physical therapy appointment Wednesday and will ask for his opinion but I'm asking for everyone else's first.

The pain went away but squats are still a no go nor will I do the treadmill for cardio. Not sure how to foam roll my calf deep enough to hit the actual part that needs the foam rolling.
