I wrap my elbows and knees.

But will definitely need a MRI on my shoulder

Heat pad, stretching, KT tape, SBD sleeves and of course foam rolling

I use a theraband flexbar. It helps strengthen the forearm muscles. Also, voodoo floss. I have been flossing my elbows daily and have noticed significant improvement in my elbow pain. I got my tendonitis from using poor form. Correcting my form has also helped keep me from reaggravating my elbows. Good luck.
