A decade ago I blew the above 2 discs when doing overhead lifts. Acute trap tear took the discs down. Doctors don't want to operate. Injections only help with the pain.

I'm looking to work around the problem. Deadlifts have been out since the accident. Squats have also been out. I've always gotta be concerned about reinjury.

If anyone knows what I could do to rebuild myself I'd seriously appreciate it.

Subbed, my doc just tells me to rest it and stay away from strenuous exercises. Wtf... insurance sucks so every little move costs about a grand.

Yes, this problem has made it so I have to be careful what jobs I do. Nothing involving much weight.

Correct if I'm wrong I'm not a expert in this field at all lol but don't inversion tables do wonders for these problems

I'll see about locating a place with one. It was never suggested by my primary dr, chiropractor, or any of the other specialists I've seen.
