On Memorial Day I dislocated my shoulder tubing and it's been in pain ever since then, I just got an MRI yesterday and will know the results next Wednesday.

I'm going crazy not being in the gym for this long, I'm in the middle of a cut and I've kept my calories the same. Besides legs and cardio, is there anything I could possibly do to not worsen the problem more? I feel like I'm getting smaller by the day.

I was thinking maybe isolated bicep and Tricep movements may not mess with it, but I figured it actually probably does in some way and I'd better ask first. Lol
