Today doing a little cardio, decided to extend my session by about 20 minutes. After completion on the elliptical of 30 minutes, I'm having a good bit of pain in the upper calf/outside knee area. It's on my right knee outside. I was feeling a slight pull while on the elliptical but not of any significance until a couple minutes after. Sound like a simple strain from doing a extended session? I do elliptical for my cardio often so it's not like this is anything new.
