ok so I found out i have a small tear in the tendon so no upperbody work for me.. i was wondering how i still can train legs ?

Had the same problem in early January. Don't know why nobody answered and you probably figured it out, but I just did front squats 4 times a week with heavy/moderate/light/speed work.
