I'v had stretch marks around my armpit for awhile now ever since I started lifting. Now its getting to the point where its covering my inner arms and I have some around my lower belly from being a fatass and eating to much. I'm on a strict diet now and incorporated cardio into my work outs (a mile and a half every day) after my work out. I also do jumping jacks or imaginary rope in between sets to keep metabolism going. I lost 11lbs since last Monday and trying to lose 20 more before I start a clean bulk again. Considering the fact that I'm doing a body recomp and get stretch marks fairly easy I was wondering if anyone had any insight to reduce the chance of making them worse and lightning them up. Iv heard that vitamin e helps but was wondering if there's anything else?
