I will be getting a testicle removed this Friday due to testicular cancer. the doctor said I will not be able to lift for 4 to 6 weeks. Im 22 Ive been training for around 1.5 years seriously and haven't taken more than 1 week off when I decided to do a deload. How much strength and muscle will I lose, what is the best approach to losing minimal gains.
