Me, but I didn't purchase Chris'. If you know a welder they're easy to make.

As for thoughts, I love it. Gets my shoulders worked up great doing them single armed and gets my lats pumped/warmed up with both arms.

Mace as in medieval weapon? That's bad ass.
Luckily the one I use has a soft rubber head, but yeah. There are quite a few people who build entire training regimens around it

At least it's safe and reduces accidental death which is always a good thing

Just received my Shoulderok yesterday. I watched a quick video and swung this bad boy down and around the back. Wow! Muscles stretching and vertebrae cracking - in a good way! It really felt great! RegisterJr do you have any videos or other links on what all can be done with it? I'm researching as well. Thanks.

You should have received some private resources that only shoulderok users have access to. Like, hours worth of content if I'm not mistaken.

I have a small tear but they said I can rehab for 6-8 weeks and see how it is. It's up to me if I want the surgery so I don't know right now.

I've been swinging the ShoulderRok for a week now. The shoulders do feel more agile and stretched. The only complaint is the handle knurling is aggressive. Have to wear gloves to swing it but the grip is solid with no fear of it flying. So far I highly recommend it.

You can by baseball bat grip tape and put it over it.

It's pricey at $190 plus shipping. Elitefts dot com had a $30 off sale. I didn't have a welder friend but there are AM members that do like RegisterJr.

I've been improvising. I took one end off of one of the almost straight EZ bars at the gym and loaded the opposite end with heavy screw on clamps. Man that is a workout! Think I'm gonna make mine own though. kenpoengineer feel like sending me some pics and measurements of yours?

I don't see the guy who made mine any more. I bet if you had the materials, a local welder would do it for a case of beer.

Elitefts has ShouldeRoks for $170. Wonder if they'll refund me since I just bought it a few weeks ago. I did use a $30 off coupon though?

Asked a local welder but he still hasn't responded about the pricing to make one. Might cave and order it for the new year but it says like 3 weeks to ship.

It's worth the wait. Shoulders and chest feel great after using it. It also gives you one heck of a workout!

Yea I've watched some videos on YouTube I think it would be perfect for me, once I fix my shoulders up, I can't lifts crazy weight like that anymore so I want to be just all around strong not just legs or chest. Do you only use it warm up or do you do like 20-30 min workout ?

The main reason I purchased the ShouldeRok was to protect the shoulders. I swing it as a warm up but have also used it as a cardio workout. You do 10 sets of 20 rotations and it will wear you out quickly!

So I need surgery and basically he says my shoulder won't get any better from where it's at now should I go ahead and purchase the Shoulderok and try to see if it will help ? My ligament is hitting my ac joint and I have a type II bone so it curves a bit and it will keep hitting the ligament when it's inflamed. What do you guys think ? I'm trying not to do surgery because the surgeon loves to just do it but I work two jobs and my second job will have to take a back seat if I do this surgery.

The shoulderok would do more to prevent injury than to heal one.

Could you get a second opinion from a sports doc? You may have to go the surgical route...

FYI, not a Shoulder Rok but same idea behind it and MUCH cheaper to make.

http://maxwellsc.blogspot.com/2008/10/gitchy-gitchy-gada-ya-ya.html

You might try an even smaller ball if concerned about the weight, but the Shoulder Rok is really basically just a Mace that Chris made adjustable and coined a name for. The training has apparently been around for a very long time after looking into it.
