Can IGF be taken at night time to decrease the lethergy associated with it if I am going to be taking my GH mid morning?

Solid thought. Obviously that would be a major concern with insulin but I was thinking maybe I would take it around 8 o'clock with some good carbs and protein and then wait it out till I go to bed.

I've taken my IGF-1 at night. Not RIGHT before bed, but around 9:00 PM, going to bed around 11:00. I think it's good to have my lethargic period when I have nothing to do. That was 40mcg on a 215lb frame, though, so of course it all depends how much you are going to take. And of course I had carbs.
