I’m 10 months out from my 4th spinal fusion.
After already having 3 previously failed fusions I have reached my limitations on recovery naturally. I can’t go more than a couple hours without having to lay back down leaving me 19-22 out of every 24hrs bedridden on the couch, floor, bed or massage table.
I have to go to a pelvic and lumbar spine massage specialist 2X a week just to get temporary treatment my back and core muscles from constantly cramping and spasms.
I have been back (pun intended) to the gym for about 4 months now and can only do push and pull upper body exclusively with cables and machines as I can’t lift free weights even to load the bars.
I haven’t cycled since 2010 (I have done 3 cycles but never with GH or IGF-1) before my first spinal fusion in 2012 which I did primarily to strengthen my spine enough so that I wouldn’t have to have surgery.
Now after 4 spinal fusions my muscles have been butchered and I’m left with way too much scar tissue in between.
Strengthening my muscle fibers won’t be enough for me to regain my life but I have convinced myself that with GH, IGF-1, and TB-500 will allow me to grow new muscles and possibly even tendons.
What do you guys think, is it even worth continuing to try to finding a legit source for the GH and IGF-1 or am I just in denial that for the rest of my life I will be disabled and in chronically severe pain??
