Hello everyone,
Currently my protocol is:-
100mcg Ipam
100 mcg Mod GRF
First thing in the morning and last thing at night.
In the morning (6:30am)I pin on an empty stomach, walk the dog while having a coffee and eat breakfast about 30mins after the first pinning.
Due to work commitments I train every day at about 8am.
From the advice I’ve read/ been given I will be pinning the LR3 pre workout.
My questions are:-
Should I pin the IGF LR3 with breakfast or literally just before I train?
