Is my IGF LR3 current protocol correct?...

Hello everyone,

Currently my protocol is:-
100mcg Ipam
100 mcg Mod GRF
First thing in the morning and last thing at night.

In the morning (6:30am)I pin on an empty stomach, walk the dog while having a coffee and eat breakfast about 30mins after the first pinning.

Due to work commitments I train every day at about 8am.
From the advice I’ve read/ been given I will be pinning the LR3 pre workout.

My questions are:-
Should I pin the IGF LR3 with breakfast or literally just before I train?

I'm no pro
That being said
LR3 can just be dosed in the morning when you dose the others.
I think DES is more likely needed to be dosed close to workout.
At least wen I ran it that's how I did it.

I had high hopes for IGF-LR3
I get too bloated.
I'm gonna give it another run wen I cut.
MGF is much better for site enhancement IMO.
