Friend took HGH for a month at 16

Hey guys, always been lurking in forums for a long time, finally decided to join. Hope I can add to the forum!

Anyways, my 16 year old buddy took HGH for about a month. It was the real kind, he concluded. After a month he decided he did not wanna take it anymore and stopped due to further research, and I also convinced him he shouldn't be doing it. Do any of you think it effected anything? (Insulin sensitivity, thyroid, natural HGH production, growth plates, Etc.)

Would appreciate any response. Thanks.
