Hello to everyone here at AM.

Im 37, approx 25% bf (think it might be a little less but havent measured it properly for about 4 months) been lifting seriously for 3 yrs now, following my own programming based upon 12 week macro cycles with 3 meso cycles of 4 weeks (3 loading 1 deload) with primary metric based upon compound movements (squat bench deadlift). Got my weight down to 93kg (decade all time low 5 weeks ago) from 122kg during this time, using weight training only (no cardio, i really really hate cardio) combined with IIFYM and lots of reading (nutrition gains have been pivotal to my progression).

4 weeks ago I began a PHAT style program (training 1rms are S170kg B120kg D220kg) and a reverse dieting regime adding 200cal/day each week. Will keep reverse dieting for another 2 weeks, at which point Ill be consuming 3600cal/day.


MK:

5 weeks ago, after 12 weeks of agressive cutting, I bought some MK, which I have been dosing 7 days a week at 20mg for the last 3 weeks and 10mg for 1 week prior to that.

So far I have observed the following:

1. Increase in erectile function (including random boners during awkward moments)
2. Improved sleep and all day lethargy which I manage by napping several times during the day.
3. Complete disappearance of my skin psoriasis, for the first time in 15 years
4. Ridiculous hair and nail growth
5. Increased appetite, I think (Pretty hungry anyway after 12 week long calorie deficit)
6. Epic bloating (I have also started taking creatine after a 6 month hiatus which may be causing a lot of this)

GW:

Last Monday I started dosing GW501516 at approx 8mg/day. Originally I was only going to stack LG and MK but I scored a bottle of this at a discount from my supplier after they mistakenly sent it instead of LG. I plan on running this at 8mg for 8 weeks.

Since commencing GW I have observed:

1. A decrease in lethargy
2. A little bit of nausea immediately after ingestion.

LG:

Today I dosed approx (from a dropper) 4mg LG for the first time, post workout. I noticed a flushing sensation about 20min after and thats about it. I intend to run this at 4/4/4/8/8/8/8/8/8/8/8/8 then combined nolva and clom PCT for something like 20/20/10/10.

I am will try and log daily from here on in including training session, body comp and physiology statistics as well as personal observations and side effects etc. Any advice or criticism is welcome, I am here to learn.

Final Notes:

Everything felt heavy until I got angry. Pretty typical for a week1 sesh. Didnt really notice any SARMs boost. Spring transformation crowd in today with numbers, getting some disgruntled vibes from late middleage women and overweight men as I walk out, probably from the swearing, farting and grunting.

Yeah, I'm that guy.

But that guy doesnt care.

Pre workout note:

Every morning before my recorded workout I do light circuits to warm up. Mostly these consist of leg press, wide grip cable rows, adduction/abduction machines, widevgrip cable pull overs (using bar with cables attached each end), lateral raises and shoulder rotations.

Tough day at work. Spent the last 3hrs hand digging. Normally my right shoulder would be a mess by now (had surgery 3yrs ago) but so far it has been fine. Id be stoked if it is actually healing!
I am about to feast and take a power nap.

Feeling better than expected today, was anticipating some serious DOMs but everything is warming up nicely.

SARMs protocol the same, 20-25mg mk before bed, lg gw upon waking with 30min or so between.

Legs were super swollen and hot last night but feel great today.

3hrs later Im still burning from that workout and I have already eaten over 2000cal today. I suspect the effects of LGD have kicked in today after 5 days accumulation. The hot flush sensation is a raging fever right now, making physical work extremely uncomfortable in the day's heat.

Recovery day today, and first of a three day weekend. Went for a walk with my son at dawn after finishing off a project for my side business (i woke up at 2.30) and now at the local mall operating a double pram bearing 2 slumbering kids.

Same dosing protocol today despite not going to the gym. Legs and chest feel swollen and hot which is not unexpected at this end of week 5 on this kind of program. I feel confident of a comfortable progression next week with enough left for some aggressive overload week 7. Definitely stronger now than i have ever been with my upper back. Cant wait to deadlift tomorrow.

Another rest day today.

Active recovery this morning after sleeping in (RDO for me today) including a light dumbell circuit and some foam rolling and dynamic stretching. I actually got a pretty epic pump form the circuit work which took me by suprise. Body's feeling great-ready for another week of training and work.

Weighed in this morning, 95.5kg up 0.5kg from last week, and I cant really tell if its muscle or fat as I have so much fat already lol. So far since my cut (and since starting MK) i am up 3.5kg, but I eliminate 2kg of this as creatine induced since I pretty much put on 1.5-2kg every time i start taking creatine again. So maybe 1.5kg gain with an average intake that is close to my mainetnance over that timeframe. Going to bump up the intake this week (sort of already have over last few days lols) to 3500 and try and keep it there for a couple weeks and see how i feel.

Still getting hot flushed feeling all day after dosing LGD at 5mg. Also I have noticed im craving carbs, which I suspect maybe attributable to the GW, or perhaps just a product of high volume training. No effect so far on libido, and haven't noticed any other side effects from anything at this stage (Not even sure about the lethargy since I remember feeling this way last time I ran PHAT style programming). Im tempted to bump up my GD dose this week but think I will let it accumulate at 5mg for at least another week to be safe.

Going to pick up blood test results from 5 months ago to keep as a good record of my baseline stats. Think I will get another bloodtest done in 4 weeks after reading logs from others on a similar stack wh suffered a decline in liver health. I eat pretty clean mostly and never drink so im hoping to avoid tis issue but want to monitor to be sure.

Far out today sucks. Stuck in a classroom doing bs training and suffering from what i now realise is what everyone calls back n pumps. Lying on the floor right now at the back of the class trying to stretch it all out. Legs feel tight and sore too.

Back and legs are tight and sore so im going to take my time warming up to skwaats.

Fark getting the worst cramps in back and quads today. Sitting in a classroom isnt helping. This sucks, going to get some taurine this arvo. Legs are swollen AF and throbbing like a boner. Def the LGD.

Rest day yesterday well spent with my wife and kids. Took my son to the local park yesterday and was blown away when he ran the whole way (bit over 1km). Pretty phenomenal for a 2.5yo.

Some PWO changes:

Transcend Ignition II PWO. This stuff is grrreeeeeaaaatttt. Yippeekaiee kind of feeling. Also bumped my lg dose up to 10mg and forgot to take GW this morning. Interesting to see if it makes any diff to my energy levels.

Monday 31st October

Didnt count macros over the weekend but i know it was around 3500cal/day - after counting most days for the last 3yrs i have a decent feel for it now.

Feeling pretty good drspite deadlift yesterday so im at the gym to hit Power Bench thus morning. Second day on 10mg LGD and also dropped the GW since Ive actually felt better without it last few days. Will save it for my next cut.

Side effects/changes observed so far:
Massive pumps and fluid retention with cramping, which seems to be negated by increasing water intake
Decreased tolerance to hot days
Disappearance of random boners ? (still good to go tho)
Increase in upper body strength

Yeah I think so. Only 2 wks in so hard to tell yet, but i feel like it boosted my upper body strength straight away. No sides other than the pumps and fluid retention so far.

Big day at work yesterday, feeling a little fatigued this morning. Also I adjusted my split this week to favour recovery for bench volume.

I forgot to mention last week that I have begun supplementing with Dermacrine (Thursday) which may be helping to reduce lethargy and other sides from LGD. So far I have nothing new to report as far as sides go from the increased dosage (10mg) of LGD.

I am adjusting my program to allow for a holiday planned for 3 wks time. Nornally it would have fallen on wk2 cycle3 but i am going to add 2 extra wks to this cycle so it will be on a well earned deload week, requiring just 2 gym sessions instead of 5. Be interesting to see how my body handles this, and a good test of the efficacy of the LGD and MK.

Rest dat today. Slept 10hrs last night - which is extremely rare for me - and woke up feeling great. Zero soreness and able to BW squat without stretching or warming up. Kind of felt like the rest day is a waste.

Warmed up bit differently this morning after passing all my mobility tests very early (could bw squat to depth within 10min waking up today!!) by incorporating sumo belt squats. Trying to slowly widen my stance without aggravating my r knee, which is without a medial meniscus.

Notes/Observations

I feel like the lgd increase to 10mg/day has really destroyed my appetite. Also im beginning to get debilitating abdominal and back cramps when doing things like shrugs, lateral raises and bench, which i attribute to the lgd. Although at this stage i am able to work through it and hit top sets ok.

Not feeling any level of supression at this stage. In fact, got half a boner in the middle of one of my warmup squat sets today watching one of the crossfit girls warming up in her booty shorts.

I am progressing ahead of schedule on my bench days by leaping beyond programmed numbers several times but havent made any such leaps with squats or deadlifts. This leads me to hypothesise that 5-10mg/day is only affecting the areas where androgen receptor density is greatest, ie. the upper body.

I will get a blood test next week to check my test levels and liver function and, pending results and feels, might increase my dosage week7 to see if i can achieve higher saturation.
