Im 37, approx 25% bf (think it might be a little less but havent measured it properly for about 4 months) been lifting seriously for 3 yrs now, following my own programming based upon 12 week macro cycles with 3 meso cycles of 4 weeks (3 loading 1 deload) with primary metric based upon compound movements (squat bench deadlift). Got my weight down to 93kg (decade all time low 5 weeks ago) from 122kg during this time, using weight training only (no cardio, i really really hate cardio) combined with IIFYM and lots of reading (nutrition gains have been pivotal to my progression).
4 weeks ago I began a PHAT style program (training 1rms are S170kg B120kg D220kg) and a reverse dieting regime adding 200cal/day each week. Will keep reverse dieting for another 2 weeks, at which point Ill be consuming 3600cal/day.
MK:
5 weeks ago, after 12 weeks of agressive cutting, I bought some MK, which I have been dosing 7 days a week at 20mg for the last 3 weeks and 10mg for 1 week prior to that.
So far I have observed the following:
1. Increase in erectile function (including random boners during awkward moments)
2. Improved sleep and all day lethargy which I manage by napping several times during the day.
3. Complete disappearance of my skin psoriasis, for the first time in 15 years
4. Ridiculous hair and nail growth
5. Increased appetite, I think (Pretty hungry anyway after 12 week long calorie deficit)
6. Epic bloating (I have also started taking creatine after a 6 month hiatus which may be causing a lot of this)
GW:
Last Monday I started dosing GW501516 at approx 8mg/day. Originally I was only going to stack LG and MK but I scored a bottle of this at a discount from my supplier after they mistakenly sent it instead of LG. I plan on running this at 8mg for 8 weeks.
Since commencing GW I have observed:
1. A decrease in lethargy
2. A little bit of nausea immediately after ingestion.
LG:
Today I dosed approx (from a dropper) 4mg LG for the first time, post workout. I noticed a flushing sensation about 20min after and thats about it. I intend to run this at 4/4/4/8/8/8/8/8/8/8/8/8 then combined nolva and clom PCT for something like 20/20/10/10.
I am will try and log daily from here on in including training session, body comp and physiology statistics as well as personal observations and side effects etc. Any advice or criticism is welcome, I am here to learn.
