MK 677 dose

Has anyone taken MK 677 @ 40 mg a day? Like anything if you do a little more it might work better but seems like all of these sarms people say higher doses don't do much. What do you think about time of day? All in AM or all in PM or split?

15-30ish mg ed. doesnt really matter the time IMO,
