So...may have seen some of my other recent posts regarding these topics separately, however this is about running all at once.
GH 4 ius
Cjc w/dac 1mg mon and Thursday
Ipam 600mg/day
MK 20mg am
Here's the thing...I have come to realize that I am probably wasting a lot of **** lol. I didn't take time my gh...which is a exogenous source... and my other items which increase homogeneous production.
So here is my revision...please feel free to tear it a new one.
GH am
200mg ipam Preworkout evening
400mg before bed
20mg MK before bed
Cjc dac before bed Mond and Thur
I figure that the GH will cause a surge for the first part of my day. Ipam before my evening workouts for a boost prior...more ipam and MK pre bed for a big pre sleep boost...cjc dac will cause surges throughout the day all week.
