Hey guys,
I am completely dumbfounded by the plethora of conflicting information and bro-science surrounding peptides and their uses, optimal timings (pre, post wo) and what not.
I have used igf1 lr3 before and definitely noticed accelerated recovery during pct and am 11 days into gh right now at 2iu/day - loving it.
I have read that igf-1 and gh are synergistic to each other in terms of recovery and fat loss and from what I understand - igf1 can mitigate some of the insulin resistance effects of gh. I am not at all interested in using insulin as I think that is really just ridiculous as a means of stabilizing potential elevated blood sugar that is possible on gh.
I am wondering if igf-1 des or if igf-1 lr3 would be best to use with gh and why? do any of you have any hands on experience using these two together?
