Hey, I was wondering if running IGF-1 alone would give me any results? I really just want to bring up my calves... they're tiny and I hate it. Im 6', 195lbs, and 22 years old. I want that thick athletic look for my calves, don't really care about definition. Also would sprinting and pinning after give me results? Like what if I pinned Monday, Wednesday, Friday while training calves with weights Monday and Friday, and Sprinting Wednesdays? Anyone done anything like this? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
