igf-1 vs. hgh for tendon repair

From what I have read from Bobo's post on Anti-aging and other posts, Igf-1r3 would be very beneficial for tendon regrowth.
I know when taking hgh the amount of igf-1 created is limited to the amount of igf-1 created by the liver. I do not know the comparision between the amount of igf-1 created by the liver from taking hgh and the usual 20-50mcgs of Igf-1r3 taken. I'm guessing the igf-1r3 would be better than the igf-1 created by the liver due to its longer half life but exogenous igf-1r3 looses its effectiveness after a short period of time. I'm this is guessing b.c. igf-1r3 is different than endogenous igf-1.
Does HGH also lose its effectivness after a period of time like igf-1r3?
Which would be better igf-1r3 or hgh for tendon repair?

There are only trials known qith hgh and IGF-1 not with the Long r3 Version.
And therre for hgh seemed to be more powerful in healing tendons than IGF-1 because
there is a significant IGF-1 and TGF rna-expression in tendon-tissue which is stimulated by rhGH.

On the other hand a direct injection of long IGF-1 R3 into the aerea of a disected rat-tendon led to a rapid healing of the tendon compared to control.
edit:although hgh was only slightly better in healing than IGF ,a combined administration didn´t have any synergistic effects on
    healing.

Anecdotally, my tendons and joints felt great after a r3IGF cycle. I had numerous aches and pains prior to the cycle.

FYI-it will probably hurt worse when administering IGF to a wounded area as the healing process revs up.

Very true. Can hurt even for days after. Same with IM, DOMS can get BAD, but a good sign that it's working.

Do GHRPs have localized healing effects, or could you inject sub-q in stomach and get joint improvements in shoulders per se?
