    HGH first cycle timing questions for FAT BURNING results


    Hello guys!
    First post here.
    Glad to be part of this community, lots of good info around.
    Now, I am preparing for my first run of HGH.
    Got myself a few cartridges of some well known pharma-grade HGH. Great stuff.

    I am 27yo
    1,76cm
    82kg
    14%bf

    From what I read it seems there is lots of different thoughts on timing and carb food intakes while on HGH.
    So in order not to mess up this investment I wonder if you guys more experienced could enlighten my mind.

    My daily workout is as follows:

    5:30am - wake up + first meal (whey + oats + glutamin)
    6:30am - cardio
    7:00-08:00am - weight lifting (intra workout scivation bcaa's)
    8:30 - Post workout shake (mainly whey protein + glutamin)
    8:45 - Solid meal (sweet potato + eggs)

    Since my goals are fat loss from what I hear best pinning program would be:
    injection one at early a.m., number two at 1-2 p.m.
    But I also read that you are not supposed to eat carbs for a while after injection =.

    With my schedule and all of this in mind I plan on doing this:

    5:30am - wake up + 2ui HGH
    6:00am - fasted cardio
    6:40am - first meal (whey + oats + glutamin)
    7:00-08:00am - weight lifting (intra workout scivation bcaa's)
    8:30am - Post workout shake (mainly whey protein + glutamin)
    8:45am - Solid meal (sweet potato + fats)
    14:00am or 2 hours after lunch - 2ui HGH

    or this:

    5:30am - wake up + first meal (whey + oats + glutamin)
    6:30am - cardio
    7:00-08:00am - weight lifting (intra workout scivation bcaa's)
    8:30am - Post workout shake (mainly whey protein + glutamin) + 2ui HGH
    10:30am - Solid meal (sweet potato + fats)
    14:00am or 2 hours after lunch - 2ui HGH

    First shot wouldn't be on empty stomach but by that time most of the intake was Protein and low GI carbs.

    Will be shooting 5 on 2 off (also broscience figures 2 off is good to give your pituitary some room to exercise itself after 5 days of exoHGH on week days). correct or not?

    I will do this for 3/4 months or more so I can get a feel for the HGH before boarding the Peptides train, I figure would be wiser since it is the only way I can know if they work for sure as they are supposed to on my body.

    What do you guys think?

    Well benefits of HGH use are of course well known to most of us.
    I am coming off a cycle of Epi and want something mild to keep me lean and fit on the long run.
    HGH is great for changing body composition, "far burning", well being state, better sleep, development of new muscle cells and so on.

    I don't think the dosage is high... 4 ui/day seems modest from what I've researched. Since I aim for the long run I don't want to bulk on it...

    My IGF levels are pretty on the low side according to my blood tests and I might get added benefit rising it to upper numbers:

    IGF-1 - SOMATOMEDINE C: 163 ng/mL (117 to 329 ng/mL)
    IGFBP-3 - PROTEIN of IGF 3.56 g/mL (3.5 to 7.6 g/mL)

    As you can see within normal range but could benefit from upper scales..

    So resuming... getting lean, not bulk.

    The best time to take an injection would be early morning.. After ur body's own releas of hgh in the night, if u get up to go to the bathroom in the early morning this is probably the perfect time to take a couple of units of hgh . the second best time would be first thing in the morning when u wale up

    I take gh first thing in morning, then lift weights and do cardio (2 hrs total) with no food at all, just water. The longer you wait to eat after GH injection the more fat you will be using for energy, especially after fasting all night and not eating before workout.

    so to loose max fat I would do this.

    Take your entire GH dose upon waking.
    Do not eat or drink any calories
    Lift weights and finish with cardio
    Have post workout shake
    3 hours later have solid meal.

    5 on 2 off is good if your on a budget, otherwise take it everyday and workout out hard. if your worried about pituitary, just get some LPAM or GHRP6 with some Mod GRF1-29 to stimulate natural GH pulse release.

    2-3 months your really start to notice effects if GH is real.

    All this is good and fine, but you must also be on a calorie restricted diet, to maximize fat loss.

    You are better off not splitting it. If its good quality gh, you can probably stick to 3 ius all at once in the morning, and not need to go to 4.
